To ease the pain.

This week you may hear me tell you that I am hungry, a lot.  I am.  I am attempting to eat healthier.  Stop laughing.  I can do this. 

One of my, after lunch but before dinner, snacks has always been chips and salsa.  I love the stuff.  Now, I find myself, trying to be healthy, and without chips in the house.  BUT!  I found something that has the same kind of crunch.  It wasn't exactly the same, but it took the edge off and held me until dinner.  Plus, it was only 35 calories.  Behold:  Snap Peas and Salsa!!

Sometimes unhealthy rituals are meant to be broken.  I think my future waistline will thank me.

Here's to new alternatives.
